Bank statement converter

When you use the converter, we collect the name, email address and practice name you enter. The email address is self-reported and is not verified. We create a private browser session to keep your files separate from other visitors and track your free-page allowance. Clearing browser data, ending the session or changing devices means you cannot recover its results simply by entering the same email. Contact details and page-usage records are retained separately from your statements.

Your uploaded statement is stored privately in Supabase and sent to Mistral for document extraction. Supabase also processes the extracted transactions and your corrections. Vercel hosts the website. Only upload documents you are authorised to process.

Original files, extracted content and corrections are accessible for 24 hours from upload, or until you delete the conversion. Access then stops and scheduled cleanup removes them from active storage. This is not a promise of immediate erasure from provider systems or backups, which follow their own retention arrangements. Downloaded copies are under your control.

We keep page counts, conversion status and export-format events to operate the free allowance and understand use of the tool. These records do not include transaction descriptions, account numbers or statement filenames. Entering your details is not a request for sales contact. If you separately ask us to contact you about your workflow, we record that request and its time. If you request help with a conversion, we also record its reference and your choice about sharing the statement. Sharing with our team is optional and can be changed in the help form. Permission ends when you delete the conversion or its existing storage period expires. Failed conversions use that same storage period; requesting help does not extend it.
