• Scrape, harvest, or programmatically extract content or data from our Services without explicit written authorization.

Security & Technical Misuse

• Upload, transmit, or distribute viruses, malware, bots, scripts, or any harmful or automated code intended to disrupt or manipulate our Services.
• Interfere with or disrupt the performance, security, or availability of our Services or related systems.

Intellectual Property & Content Use

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit Bozon AI Labs's proprietary content, including:

• AI-generated content, outputs, or analysis
• Proprietary datasets, curated content, or processed materials
• Software interfaces, reports, analytics, or documentation

You may not upload or share content that infringes intellectual property rights of Bozon AI Labs or any third party.

Misuse of AI & Communication Tools

• Generate or request harmful, abusive, or misleading content using any of our AI features.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, support personnel, or staff.
• Use our Services to disseminate misinformation, spam, promotional content, or unauthorized advertisements.

Prohibited Commercial Use

• Use our Services to build or train competing AI models, platforms, or tools without a commercial license.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to our Services without explicit written permission.

5. AI-Generated Content and Limitations

Certain Services operated by Bozon AI Labs utilize artificial intelligence technologies to generate content and responses. You acknowledge and agree that AI-generated content may contain:

• Inaccuracies, errors, or incomplete information
• Misinterpretations of complex or ambiguous queries
• Outdated information that does not reflect current knowledge
• Computational or logical errors

Important Notice: AI-generated content is provided as-is and should not be relied upon as the sole source of truth for any decision. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all information provided by our AI-powered features.

6. User-Generated Content

When using our Services, you may submit data, content, or materials ("User Content"). Regarding your User Content:

• You retain all ownership rights to your User Content
• You grant us a license to use your interactions for service improvement and product optimization
• We will not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy
• You represent that your User Content does not infringe upon any third-party rights or contain confidential information

YOUR USE OF BOZON AI LABS SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY AI-POWERED FEATURES, CONTENT, AND FUNCTIONALITY, IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," AND "WITH ALL FAULTS" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, BOZON AI LABS DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AS WELL AS ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

Bozon AI Labs does not warrant or guarantee that:

• Our Services, including AI-generated outputs, will be accurate, reliable, or error-free.
• Our Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, free from vulnerabilities, free of harmful components, or compatible with all devices or networks.
• Any content or outputs will be complete, appropriate, or fit for any specific purpose.
• Any errors, bugs, or defects will be corrected, whether reported or not.
• Our Services will meet your specific expectations or requirements.

You acknowledge that AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you are solely responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BOZON AI LABS, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions, delays, or inability to access our Services
• Errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or reliance placed on any AI-generated content
• Unauthorized access, hacking, or alteration of your account, submissions, or data
• Any conduct or content of third parties, including other users or external service providers

These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability—contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise—and even if Bozon AI Labs has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or relating to the use of our Services shall not exceed the greater of:

• The total amount you paid to Bozon AI Labs in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or
• One hundred Indian rupees (₹100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct
• Extended periods of account inactivity
• At our sole discretion for any other reason

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be notified to users through email notification or prominent notice on our websites at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of such changes.

Your continued use of our Services following the posting of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must discontinue use of our Services.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, India.
